Scheduling Intakes and Follow Up Appointments
As your Virtual Assistant we will assist you in your practice's administrative needs from the first contact throughout all of client scheduling.

- Schedule new and current clients in your EHR
- Send intake forms and manage your intakes
- Reschedule client appointment requests

Billing
FgateVA also offers an independent Mental Health Billing Service for your practice needs.
• Electronic claims submission
• Identifying and reprocessing claim errors (if any)
• Researching and resolving denials and rejections
• Entering ERAs
• Send superbills if necessary
• Invoicing and credit card payment processing
• Run Insurance and Patient Aging reports (so you can see how well we are doing in collecting your reimbursables!)
Pricing:
- Virtual Assistance for only $25/hour, minimum of 5 hours per week (or 20hrs a month) for VA only;
- Mental Health Billing starts at only 9% of collectibles for the first 6 months and then drops to only 7% a month.
- Combination of Virtual Assisting and Mental Health Billing for the fee of only 10% of collectibles for the provider.
- Onboarding fee for $750 but this will be waived if you are transferring either TherapyNotes or OfficeAlly accounts.
